  2. Missing Features
    The theme is missing key features that were clearly listed in the product description at the time of purchase.

  3. Incorrect Product Description
    The theme does not match the description or demo provided on yetiwp.com.

  4. Unsolvable Technical Issues
    You encounter a bug or technical issue that cannot be fixed by our team within a reasonable time frame.


🚫 When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after purchase

  • You no longer need the product

  • The product is not compatible with third-party plugins or themes not officially supported

  • You request a refund without giving a reason or without cooperating with support

  • You have already downloaded and used the product extensively

  • You request a refund after the 7-day window
